Social work process requires changes in sequential actions whereby the workers go through implementation, evaluation, and assessment of various procedures guided by local or national tack. Social finance serves as a middle ground between traditional business, whose main driver is to achieve financial value and traditional charity, whose main driver is to achieve social value. Social finance is a category of financial services which aims to leverage & address community challenges in areas of social and environmental need.

Because most community service opportunities allow others to interact and work with other individuals, this service may help volunteers network and connect with others towards a common goal. People gain the most from their community service projects when they volunteer their time to help people that they have never interacted with before
